Rating: 8 - " Nice bright mall" - 04/2006

Located in Pineville, NC, just over the line from Charlotte, NC. I give it an 8. Nice bright mall. Lots of stores to appeal to young and old alike. Has all the standards like Sears and J.C. Penney's, plus major regionals like Belk's, Dillard's and Hecht's. Ample parking, though I avoid evening and weekend shopping there at Christmas. Lots of restrooms, with the nice added feature of family restrooms, which these days can offer an extra ounce of security and peace of mind for families with children. Also close to lots of other shopping and restaurants, which makes it extra convenient to shop there. I am not a big mall shopper, but when I need a mall in the Charlotte area, carolina Place Mall is where I go.
